Our Agriturismo does not provide breakfast, half board or full board service.
The apartments made available to guests are equipped with kitchens equipped to prepare meals in complete autonomy.
The Breakfast Basket is available on request, the cost of which depends on the order placed by the customer.
RATES & STAYS
The rates shown refer to the use of 2 bedrooms (3-4 adults + 1-2 children under 13 years).
For the use of 1 Bedroom (1-2 adults + 1 child under 13 years) it is possible to request the application of an "Offer" payable according to availability.
- Please note that in some periods of the year stays of less than a week may not be available.
- For the "High" and "Very High" seasons, prices are normally weekly and with in/out from Saturday to Saturday.
- For the "Low" and "Medium" seasons, in/out is possible every day of the week.
- For Reduced Occupancy** (1-2 adults + 1 child under 12 years - see the Conditions of Stay below**): ask for an "Offer" (obtainable according to availability).
HOLIDAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS
On special occasions such as public holidays, long weekends and more, the minimum stays are variable and the rates may vary. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to contact us for the specifics of the case.

Condition of Stays ..
- ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES FOR WEEKLY STAYS
Unless otherwise agreed: Arrivals on Saturday after 4pm and Departures on Saturday before 10am. - BEDS PER APARTMENT - 4 adults (+2 children under 12).
- DEPOSIT FOR RESERVATION
30% of the total amount as a refundable deposit in case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 155,00 on arrival.
- SWIMMING POOL
Included in the rate, it is specified that the swimming pool is open from June to September and each apartment has its own equipped gazebo. No access to animals. - PETS
They are allowed with prior authorization and prohibited in the pool garden. - REDUCED OCCUPANCY PER APARTMENT **
In the case of 1-2 people (+ 1 child) it is intended with the occupation of a single bedroom and a single bathroom + living room and kitchen. - LONG STAYS
In the case of stays of several weeks, contact for possible discounts.
Extra Charges
- Heating in Winter: metering on gas consumption on the meter only for stays of one or more weeks, for the weekend it is included in the price.
- Extra Linen: €10.00 per complete set per person
The "complete set of linen" is intended per person and includes a complete set of bed linen and a complete set of bath towels. The weekly change for 4 people is included in the cost of the stay.
