Services Included in the Rates

• PARKING AREA
  Reserved for guests inside the structure.
  
  
• ELECTRING CHARGING
  Charging station for electric vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles) dedicated to our guests.
  
  
• POOL
  Reserved for guests of the apartments only, the Swimming pool is open from June to September. Each apartment has its own gazebo equipped with 2 deck chairs, 2 sun loungers and a table.
  
  
• PETS
  Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the property. Pets are not allowed in the pool and in the pool garden. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.
  
  
• TRAVEL COTS
  Available on request for Children 0-3 years.
  
  
• DISABLED BATHROOM
  Apartment "B6" has two bathrooms, one of which is for disabled people.
  
  
• WALKS
  Guests are free to walk within the paths of the estate.
  
  
• INTERNET Wi-Fi
  In the apartments and in the common areas there is Internet Wifi accessible via a password provided by the Reception.
  
  
• TV
  Each apartment is equipped with Digital Terrestrial TV.
  
  
• AIR CONDITIONING
  Each apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning and Fan.
  
  
• HEATING
  During the Winter period, heating consumption is included for stays of less than a week.
  
  
• LINEN
  Bed Linen and Towel Sets for each guest are changed once a week.
  
  
• CLEANING
  The Cleaning of the apartments is Weekly.
  
  
• BARBECUE
  Available upon request.
  
  
• LAUNDRY
  A common area dedicated to the Laundry is available to the guests of the apartments.
  
  
• LUGGAGE STORAGE
  The Luggage Storage is available at the Reception.

• BREAKFAST BASKET 
  Upon reservation, you can order the Breakfast Basket with your favorite foods.
  
  
• DIRECT SALE OF FARM PRODUCTS
  At the Reception it is possible to buy the Farm's products such as DOC Maremma Toscana Wines, Tuscan IGP extra virgin Olive Oil and Honey.
  
  
• VISITS AND TASTINGS
  Upon reservation, with a minimum of four participants, it is possible to organize a Visit to the Vineyards, the Cellar and/or a Tasting of the Wines and the Olive Oil produced on the farm accompanied by Local Products.
  
  
• HEATING
  During the Winter and for stays longer than a week, a supplement may be required for heating consumption.
  
  
• EXTRA-WEEKLY BED/BATHROOM LINEN CHANGE 
  On request it is possible to have new Sets of Towels and/or Bed Linen.
  
  
• EXTRA-WEEKLY CLEANING
  On request it is possible to arrange any daily Cleaning of the Apartments.
